Will a GeForce GTX 980 Ti run an ultra wide 34" QHD monitor while gaming?

I am planning a build (in New Zealand, here's the list: http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/) and was wondering if anyone could tell me if a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 980 Ti would run an ultra wide QHD 34" monitor (Dell U3415W 60Hz 34.0") Monitor) while gaming on ultra graphics? I was wondering specifically for games like: ARK: Survival Evolved; Rust; The Witcher: III and other new graphic intensive games.

Witcher 3 will not be possible at stock speeds, but after overclocking it should be reasonable (ESP if you down grade Hairworks).

 

All the rest will be perfectly served by the 980ti.

Not all at ultra; ARK isn't even that good optimized. Otherwise, if you play around with the settings with the games, I believe you will be able to achieve playable framerates.

just remember, a 980ti is just a slightly cut down titan x(g1 980 is acutally 1 fps faster than a reference titanX)

not ultra, but it will do a very good job

In terms of pixels, it's just about 32% more than standard 1440p, and still only a little over half the pixels of 4K. So based on benchmarks for those resolutions, you can approximate what kind of performance you can expect.

Ark runs fine on my modded M15x with a M290x and a 740qm, rofl.

I believe ARK doesn't yet support SLI / XFire, so which gaming GPU is worth more than a Titan X (which won't really have a performance increase than the 980 Ti)?

a 980ti is just a slightly cut down titan x(g1 980 is acutally 1 fps faster than a reference titanX)

I know.. That's kind of what I said? Also, the "g1" 980 Ti is "1 fps faster", not the 980.

I seem to remember someone using SLI with it, I'll google it quick. Oh, and Titan Z. Used, it still can sell for £900.
