The slightly mad and hugely controversial founder and founder (and no longer part of since 1994) of security vendor McAfee hits the front page once again. I.... Don't know what to say TBH.  It's a fine offer but... It's John McAfee...

So people are paying McAfee for development to hack into people iphone?

Belize, actually. Police wanted to question him in connection to a murder at his neighbor's house, and he believed they wanted to kill him so he fled. It doesn't sound like Belizian authorities actually thought he'd done it, it sounds more like he's extremely paranoid.

Our local news here in the Bay Area, CA was all over his nuts with this story. It was their top story all night.

 

They acted like he was apple and the public's genius White Knight in shining armor.
