If it doesn't exceed a certain point, no. Also, why don't you tell this "bitch" to not download those files? Or if that isn't an option, delete them afterwards.

Hi I want to know will have Microsoft office and a whole bunch of files slow my computer down? Cause there's a bitch using my rig now and downloading a bunch of stuff

Depends if those "whole bunch of files" are programs that are being installed and run in the background.

Nope, this ype of files will definately NOT SLOW YOUR PC DOWN. Not even if you run a 10 year old pentium.
