I pre-ordered Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix. Let us just say that this is not working out well.

Bah. Oh well.

Oh, I want to point out that this video is 1.5 years old (ha). My experiences with Gamestop have been positive for the time I have been there/etc. Never been pestered. Never been bothered. Etc. 

The only thing I hate about Gamestop is that they allow their employees to play the game at home then still sell them new later. 

But anyway, lately they have been ok. Not good. Not bad. But ok.

And how are you going to do that? I would just get a PS4 and use Geikei to play it. If possible.

the hell is geikei? I'm a struggling victim of the education oligopoly I'll just get a 2nd hand PS3 from my pleb console friend when he eventually upgrade.

Geikei is a streaming service akin to what powers Nvidia's Shield. Sony purchased the entire company a while ago. Sony intends to implement it in February-ish of next year. Over Geikei, you will be able to play PS1, PS2, PS3, and PSP games, streamed to your PS4 over the internet which can be streamed then to your PS Vita if you want.

So Geikei allows absolute backwards compatibility. 

Will you have to rebuy your games? No idea.

Should you? No, imo.

A PS4 can read a PS3 game, as they are both Blu-ray discs. It does not need to play it, only read it, to acknowledge you own it. There is more than likely a way to tell a difference between a burned Blu-ray (which would cost a lot more than it is worth, with Blu-ray discs costing what they do) and the legitimate thing.

By this, there should very well be ways for us to play games we already own on our PS4 over Geikei, such as PS1-3 games. PSP, I have no idea on that one. I doubt it could read the disc.

im gonna use wallmart instead of gamestop because in wallmart i get the games new in a box without opening

GameStop isn't doing as well as they used to. I don't like them as a company but I feel like this person just had a bad experience. Just my opinion though.

its the 10th worst place to work at in the usa and it attracts ppl becaouse they say it will be fun and everybody thinks they will pass all day playing video games

Game stop sucks I put 50 down on a 360 preorder and left the receipt in my pocket and mr wash machine totalled it. So when I tried to cancell the preorder cuz unforseen financial issues they had no record of me only every one else that collected the 360 hardware. So 4 yrs later I recieve an automated robo call saying they owed me money when I called they said it was a 5 credit for an unknown reason.
