Sometimes when I start my PC, it just hangs at the 'Starting Windows' screen. Like, I just removed my power cable and re-plugged it and it did it. Also, when I was overclocking it did the same, what does it mean? Is it anything bad?

First thing might be to check the hard drive.

if the overclocks are stable i dont think this will lead to anything too bad

 

where to look at

-SSD

-HDD

This definitely makes me suspicious of the drive you have windows installed on. Have you tried another drive?

are u running ssd's in raid this is what drasticly increased my boot time with an onboard controler increased posts by like 10 - 15 sec
