Hello,

I plan to build this and I can spend 300$ to improve this:http://pcpartpicker.com/p/y7pr3C

I want to invest my money into performance so don't mind buying any design things. No peripherals. What do you think? What's the best way to improve this build for 300$?

Larger SSD and higher capacity PSU.

Primary Build: i7-4790 · 16GB Hynix DDR3-1600 · Sapphire Tri-X R9 390x · NZXT S340 · Win10 Pro · Seagate Barracuda 1TB T_T

Portable: 2015 Retina Macbook Pro 13" · i5-5257u · 512GB PCIe SSD · Intel Iris 6100 T_T

If my post helped you, please rate it!

Maybe buy some plastidip and make it unique? :P

Grab one of the LED Kits from NZXT.

Oh I forgot to mention this. I'm not still completely sure about what brand of 980Tis to choose but I've put there that one to "fill the place". I was thinking about EVGA but not still completely sure about that.

I dont know if u'r into these kind of stuff, but what about 2 of the NZXT G10's with matching aio's?
Or a fully custom loop in total.

EVGA has some of the best customer service, for christ sake, I know people who have had problems and they've sent back an upgraded GPU as compensation , They have near lifetime warranty, There are plenty of reasons to choose them

Than get MSI or EVGA for your 980ti`s, they`re better, for the other stuff? Maybe some Noctua fans, LED strips, bigger/better storage (NVME SSD?)

to game or not to game, that`s the question

but with 300 $ it'll be hard to get a custom loop, for that price you get only the blocks

EVGA Hybrid 980tis would be a good choice if I had the money to spend.

I suggest an NZXT Hue + or something for some neato lighting.

I would also suggest MOAR HDDs or SSDs!

Definitely a 1tb SSD tho, the one you have will be a great boot drive, but an SSD game storage drive would be the titties. Also a 1000W PSU so future upgrades wont stand a chance.

You could splurge on a cooler CPU cooler. I'm talking bells and whistles not temps.

I think your build just needs more LEDs lol

EDIT: Also a sound card lolz
