Thermal paste

i worked with an old gpu a lil bit and i touched the thermal paste , it covered a really tiny bit of my finger so i forgot i had it cause i couldnt feel or see anything on my hands and i ate a cookie , immediately i thought , oh damn i hope i wont get sick in someway..

 

anyone knows if i will get sick somehow?  im very paranoid about these things

I've heard of someone who had this happen to them before actually, they were fine. It's non-toxic I think.
