computer blue screened twice today. 

both while doing nothing intensive

 

this is what the pop up said. I have access to the sysdata xml file but I dont know how to open that. 

pretty sure my system specs in the signature thing. if not ill add them here

Did it display the error, like MEMORY_MANAGEMENT?

 

If you're running windows prior to 8, it should display after the first line, if 8 and above, it should display at the bottom.

Download BlueScreenView, should give you detailed information regarding the problem

Run a temperature monitoring software for your CPU. If it is getting hot 70+ C on idle, reseat your CPU cooler and it should resolve the issue.
