Is there any other way to download steam game files?

My uni wifi has blocked steam :P

and I really want to play some games :o

Use VPN maybe?

What kind of despot country has universities where Steam is blocked seriously if I was in that Uni I'd set fire to it.

Well sort of, the network they told us to use has a lot of things blocked. But there are other networks, and luckily we can use that one with exacly the same login we got from school! :P

Maybe they detected many guys is downloading huge games and it's slowing down uni network and decided to block it.

depends on how big of a gamere talking are talking GTA V or Terraria coz if were talking a terria or hotline miami sized game (i.e. 100MB ish you could hotspot off your phone maybe?) but if your talking GTA V or Fallout 4 level (i.e. 65GB) then VPN maybe?
