Well I have made my decision,

HIS Radeon HD 7970 IceQ X Graphics Cards (H797QM3G2M)

The XFX one is louder though

No big deal--set a custom fan curve and it's quiet.

Overall noise the doesnt bother me, just overall proformance. Plus i have a azza genesis 9000 with 10 fans and it sounds like a monster.

Just get the cheapest dual/triple fan cooler 7970 and oc it yourself.

This, make sure it has no VRM cooling too, the cheaper the better.
