Suggestions on what to do with this logo?

I'm starting a website/youtube channel and am in the early stages of planning. I've done a lot of other stuff already but am unsure what to do with the logo. I have this as a kinda "easy mockup" cooltext1465520879.png.08f979745f905d9bf

 

 

Any suggestions? How would I go about making something with similar colors look more professional?
 

Also any suggestions for some coverart, and avatar type size versions of this?

Looks like cooltext websites font. I'd either purchase from a good graphics artist for a low price, or spend a while making one in an actual photo app.

it is cooltext. Thats why I said easy mockup, mostly just to get the colors that I wanted.

Fair enough. When you are first starting up a channel it doesn't matter too much how the logo looks, as long as the quality is good you're fine.

 

When you then are ready an you definitely know what you want to do etc, then design your logo tailored on that.

 

 

Another option is to find Photoshop templates and things like, that that you can easily edit and make how you want.

i would say design the logo in photoshop 9 bucks for a month of photoshop then you can cancel it

i recommend not showing what you think your final logo might be... not saying anyone here might steal it but you never know lol... copy right laws are iffy at best and last thing you might want is to have a great channel name and logo and find it next week on someone else's channel

While I appreciate the suggestion I own all domains for this along with the youtube name.

SO if they really want to steal a cooltext.com logo they can :P

sounds good... was just thinking back to when one of the presidential candidates shared his new campain name before creating the website and someone snapped up the domain lol

also check out fivr.com there are professionals who will design you a logo for pretty reasonable costs
