For a few weeks now, there have been times where when I boot up my computer, it's stuck on the motherboard splash screen and the HDD indicator on my motherboard is red. However, walking away for a few minutes seems to fix this issue and I'm able to use my computer normally. Should I be worried?

Check SMART for the drive.

Download CrystalDiskInfo and see if it gives any information regarding your issue.
