Titanium is the best, but for a 650W you can look for bronze, gold or platinum depending on the rest of you system.

GTX 960 4GB

250GB SSD

1TB Blue 7200Rpm

1TB Blue 7200Rpm (These Raid 0)

ATX motherboard. and Midtower ATX case

 

With all components in it, runs about 320Watts on Load

550W is enough for i7-4790k and one 960 without big AIO. If you meant a second 960, you'll need the 650W version.

A All In One liquid cpu cooler, but seeing the load, I'm assuming you don't have one of those.

My friend gave me a dual Radiator.

Oh sorry. Im really using the 960 as an example, but I honestly might consider moving from a GTX 750 Ti 2GB and going to a 960 when AMD Polaris, and Nvidia Picasso come out. then GPU prices should go down maybe. But i put the GTX 960 in, because the power consumption so I have some le-way to build a rig and have enough power to use the hardware.
