Noctua case fans and CPU cooler. They are very quiet, and have a high air flow.

Also, Linus has his own Noctua branded fans which support the site, that are much more pleasant than the browny ones.

CPU - i7-4790k | CPU Cooler - NZXT Kraken X53 | Motherboard -  Asus Gyphon Z97 Armour Edition | RAM - Corsair Vengeance (2x8GB) 2400Mhz | Graphics Card - MSI GTX 1070 | Power Supply - Corsair CS750M | Storage - Seagate 1TB HDD | Samsung 500GB 850 Evo | Case - Fractal Design ARC Mini R2 | Colour Theme - Generic Red & Black

Operating System - Windows 10 Pro | Peripherals - Corsair RGB Mechanical K70 Keyboard/Corsair M65 Mouse

Replace the old if they're loud, How many fans are currently in your setup? My case has three and the cooling is fine and quiet. The more fans you get, the more audible it will be.

I was recommended these two fans;

Noctua NH-U12P SE2 CPU Cooler

http://www.amazon.co.uk/NH-U12P-SE2-Universal-LGA1366-Heatpipes/dp/B002TG3K14/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1455144530&sr=8-5&keywords=noctua+cpu+cooler

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cooler-Master-Hyper-212-Evo/dp/B00TY1AVPK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1455144479&sr=8-1&keywords=hyper+212x

The 212 Evo is considered one of the best air coolers you can buy.

Linus will most likely have a review on both of these coolers, or at least the 212 Evo. If not, a quick YouTube search should find you results and audio tests.

CPU - i7-4790k | CPU Cooler - NZXT Kraken X53 | Motherboard -  Asus Gyphon Z97 Armour Edition | RAM - Corsair Vengeance (2x8GB) 2400Mhz | Graphics Card - MSI GTX 1070 | Power Supply - Corsair CS750M | Storage - Seagate 1TB HDD | Samsung 500GB 850 Evo | Case - Fractal Design ARC Mini R2 | Colour Theme - Generic Red & Black

I'm not sure if theirs a difference. I would assume the Noctuas are better as you get dual fans, and Noctua fans which are very high-end. Cooler master though is slightly cheaper, and most likely does just as good of a job.

Also, 3 fans should be fine, and I'd replace them with something better if you want to change/get new ones.

These two coolers will also support good overclocks to get the best out of your CPU,

Sure. The NH-D15 performs much better and more quietly.

the 212x is good enough for a nice overclock?

It's fine for a moderate oc--probably up to 1.3v

Where are you shopping/located? Budget?

I realy dont understand in this kind of stuff and I'm afraid i will get fan's and destroy the balance that i have now

with too much airflorw in/out or something like that

Imbalance of airflow isn't going to destroy components or anything--cases aren't airtight.

If you list your specs, we can help make some cooling recommendations. If budget isn't really an issue, the NH-D15 is one of the best options available.

You mentioned you didn't have much of a selection in Israel. Can you link us to where you're shopping?
