2. probably under 40 dollars, since RAM has been going down in price and you also have DDR4 now

3. 90 or so dollars. It's a good 270x, but it's still a 270x so it has to compete with 280X and similar cards which sell for about 100 dollars

i got an r9 270x 4GB from sapphire for 170 bucks

gotta compete w/ that
