I have an a10-7850K at stock speeds.

In the mobo bios the Vcore is 1.412 (factory)

If I start a stress test with AIDA64 or AMD Overdrive Overdrive says that the VID is 1.4375 to 1.45 V but Core temp says it is 1.35

WTF?

APU: AMD A10-7850K cooled by an NH-L12; PSU(going to upgrade sooner or later):  Antec VP450P;RAM: 2x4GB HyperX Savage 2133MHz; MOBO: Asus A68HM-Plus; CASE: Itek [something] ; HDD: WD Blue 1TB(WD10EZEX)

OS: Triple boot openSUSE Leap Debian Jessie and Windows 10(aka MSX)

Yeah, AMD has the voltages on most of the Bulldozer-based CPUs way too high so don't be surprised.

Why different softwares say different things?

If it has to do with what AMD did with the temperature sensor, probably the same thing. I'd go off of AIDA64 and AMD OverDrive's readings.

Does AIDA64 have voltage readings?

Dude, I'm even more confused now, AIDA64 is reading between 1.38 and 1.416 when stress testing!

Why is every single program telling me a different thing?

The problem is that it says 1.412 but it isn't real time I guess

Yeah, it might just be messing with the vcore automatically.

Just another thing:At idle the CPU is boosting to 3800-3900 MHz and the Voltage is the same as when I'm stress test from a couple months, it looks like it is after I updated to the Crimson drivers
