So i bought some magnetic led strips for my case last week and they arrived in the mail today. I tried them on my case but they dont stick to it because my case is made of aluminium/aluminum. The company that makes these led strips doesnt have any adheasive strips and I went on a hunt for some but they were all too big for the leds. What can I do now? Can i just put tape on them or will that cause problems?

Yes using some doubled sided mounting tape from 3M is a really good option and won't cause any problems:
