Before anyone can help you we need to know your budget, currency, location, and what this build will be used for.

The build looks kinda fine to me, except the liquid cooler which is overkill, though you still can get one if you insist, and some people may tell you to swap that 970 out for a 390/390X or something.

I mean... not going to lie I wouldn't touch the build. Some of its ok like the SSDs and RAM, the cooler is fine except way over powered for the CPU.

Can I get your currency, location, and what you want to do with this build? Has to be a reason why you chose 6 TBs worth of HDDs, also just get 1 250GB Samsung 850 Evo. For $1800 you can do MUCH better

No, the build isn't alright. Why get a mediocre aftermarket cooler on a GPU? Yeah, the Strix is fine for silentness though even the slightest OC will make the thing ramp up like any other cooler. Why get an older CPU? Get a i5-4690k for that price, Why 32GBs of RAM? Assuming this it looks like he does rendering or recording for the 6TBs of storage so even then a Xeon 1231v3 will be a much better choice, the PSU is fine though at $182 it is stupidly over priced. a EVGA 850w GS for $140 will be a much better choice, after all this he could easily afford something like a AMD R9 Fury. I've never even heard of the motherboard, and SSDs, get a minimum 250GBs if you plan on putting any type of game on it. My SSD is already almost full and I barely own any games.

Meh, my bad, not as good in desktops as compared to laptops.

It's going to be a multi purpose machine gaming, rendering, home network storage etc. And the most I'll spend on the rig would be up to 2,500 USD. I probably will switch the 2 ssds and go for the one bigger one.

This took forever on my phone:
