Retainers for dem teeth

Even though retainers are better than what they were in the past couple of years, they're still annoying as hell. I also have no idea why they push and make your teeth sore. it grinds my gears.

I am pretty sure they make your teeth sore because your teeth are not exactly used to moving :P

They need to push otherwise thew wouldn't be doing anything, and then you would have metal/ceramic blobs (scientific term) attached to your teeth that weren't actually doing anything. 

They are worth it in the end though :)
