You're not gonna get very much power or upgrade-ability for 530$ if you buy new tbh.  For gaming you would probably be able to make something half-decent near that price range but nothing amazing and certainly nothing good for rendering/editing.

Here's what I got close to your budget.

If you were to build an AMD machine with the currently available processors you would save a little bit of money, get a slightly better multi-core performance, but slightly worse single core performance.  You would also end up with something that is pretty out of date and nowhere near as power efficient as the build I listed, however, it is entirely up to you what you want to go with.

With this build I was able to save you about $30 USD, this will be decent enough for the money but it's probably better to spend the extra money and go for the Intel build in my opinion.

You'd want an 860K + 78 or 88X motherboard

but if you can afford an i3 over it that'd be better, unless you have to get a weaker GPU with the i3

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Dunno how you'd survive with no storage, but if you want a really cheap PC and still want to game you'd want an APU, something like the A8 7600

Well if you just want the cheapest possible decent gaming rig you'd want something like this, otherwise 860K/i3 + 380 if you have a higher budget
