Integrated keys (such as insert integrated in zero)

I have been wondering, how might I use these dual purpose keys such as an insert key that is integrated on my zero key on my laptop and end and home and so on and so forth. So far, I haven't found me of any good answers online partially due to people often not caring about these keys because they are thought to have no use. So please reply with how I may use these keys on an 80% keyboard.
