Casing USB

What will happen if i connect front usb 3 of casing in motherboard front usb 2 port(motherboard dont have any front usb 3 port)?

If you have an adapter it will basically be used as a regular USB 2.0 speed port instead.

I think OP needs something the other way around, motherboard has USB 2.0 and case has USB 3.0

without adapter it wont work right?

Some cases have a USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 connector on the end of the cable for legacy purposes. If you can plug it in without an adapter, it should work. If there are no places to plug in the cable, you will need an adapter and speeds will be limited to USB 2.0
