Overwatch Beta?

I signed up for the beta months ago and pre ordered the game. yet i still dont have access to the beta? when i got to battle.net and click beta, it says I'm signed up for it. but in the desktop application it says I "haven't been invited" yet. I'm pretty pissed if i cant play it when i bought it and signed up for beta. anybody know why or know a fix?

You uhh.. You aren't guaranteed to get into the beta at any point. They'll do waves of invites and you might eventually get invited.

 

At least that's how blizzard has always done it in the past.

thats some BS. i signed up like 4 months ago and gave the m$120. i should be on the top of the list lol

Sadly the amount given doesn't matter too much. They have their own ways of deciding. Maybe random, maybe detailed methodology, idk.

Unless specified by Blizzard, you don't get access to closed beta even if you preorder.

I don't give two cents about Overwatch, yet I'm somehow in the beta (been in every Blizzard game beta since WOTLK, come to think of it). Guess it's random

Lol. You're not the only one. My blizzard account is over a decade old and I still don't have beta access.

I believe the beta is still limited to friends and family. It helps to know someone at Bliz if you want in. They've improved a lot in the game with the recent update, much less buggy than before. (No, I can't/won't get you in the beta)
