Usb port compability

I just got my Xperia Z5 on the late january, and it brought usb type B to play. My question is can I use my normal everyday usb type C for my type B, because it turns out that finding usb type B is so hard.

Well, Fuck me then I gotta rely on my one and only USB Type B forever, and ever, and ever, and ever. Unless the released shit tons of phone that used USB Type B, but I believe it would take a long time.
