Suggestions on a game

Hello guys I was wondering what game to get since its been over 6 months since I haven't spent over 20$ for a new game and I am sorta kinda new to PC gaming just started last year. and I wanted to see if I should get GTA V or the Witcher 3 since they are on sale right now. I know, I know... they were on sale for Christmas. But Now I came with supplies and by supplies I mean money, so yeah.. give your suggestions on this topic

i can run it at 2560x1080, around 50-60fps with a gtx 960 at mostly high settings

you will easily get 60+fps at very high/ultra
