So I was wondering how good this build is for general gaming (such as BF4, and such), for some medium load photoshopping and video editing, thanks in advance.

All pretty good. Might as well get a H60 for an extra $5

Almost as cool as my temps

It's not Loads of videos, but a fair bit of them, i know the slight discrepancy of the 3.5 GB 970, but as far as i've seen it's not a huge issue, i was really looking to a 390, but Team Green beat me slightly over Red

Also, is an 80+ GOLD PSU really that necessary, or could i opt for a " better" 80+ Bronze?

There is no better Bronze. If your budget cannot allow it Bronze is "OK", but pretty much any 80+Gold will be better in quality and reliability.

is this a decent one, in your eyes?

I wound't recommend corsair at that price range. EVGA, SeaSonic, and Silverstone have better options. You can check out Johnyguru for power supply advice and reviews
