Was just writing the comment when you replied. Decided to google a bit and there are many people having issues with 1080p on a 980 Ti. The card in that video o is a non OC'd card which would give 5-10 FPS but still it's horrible.

Yea it is what it is ;) It was the Beta, we'll see what will be released. And some poeple have more problems then others. So yea..

No shit. Well that's disappointing.

But really says more about the game than anything. I run ROTTR at 1440 with everything maxed but AA and rarely dip below 60fps.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

No way of knowing their setup. They could be running a i3 for all we know. That's why you only go off reliable sources like DF, Candyland, and the like.

i dont really think someone buys an gtx980ti with an i3. And the reports of this are massive. Like... you can instantly find something with google.
Everything that matters is. You can run Ultra preset @60fps and 1080p with the GTX980ti.

Edit: Ok the video is fail he is using an AMD CPU, thats even worse then an i3. ^^

My point exactly, not that I don't trust the guy, but I'd like to see someone that I know I can trust testing the game. God knows what he might be doing with his PC to get such poor performance, because it's on pair with 390 at some points.

The ability to google properly is a skill of its own.

I've actually seen it xD , people do weird shit.

I haven't seen the difference in shadow quality for this game. From high to ultra usually isn't much. I bet running the game in 1440 and dropping the AA down would fix the issue for the 980ti, that what I do in my games and it hasn't failed me yet.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

Don't you have a 1080p monitor? Or is it a dual setup?

yea he was using an AMD FX CPU, but you can find poeple with Intel CPU's also. Im currently to tired to search

This is a good one, randomly skipped parts of it to find a dip on 3minutes and 3seconds below 60fps. And i would assume 1412MHZ to be a decent clock speed.

DSR, let's you run the game at a higher resolution. I lose less fps by running games at 1440 than the more aggressive AA techniques take away. I've run it back to back and the game looks much nicer in the higher resolution than with aggressive AA enabled.

If anyone asks you never saw me.
