Question about Steam sales

Another steam sale has started and I've noticed good games discounted like The Witcher III, GTA V, and Skyrim, but what I'm wondering is if more games go on sale throughout the duration of the sale or if the sale starts and if something isn't discount right away with the sale then it won't go on sale. I was looking into picking up Dragonball Xenoverse however I'd rather rather spend $50 on it especially when I feel like that's too much considering the Ps4 and XB1 copies are now down to $30. What I'm wondering if it hasn't gone on sale already does it have a chance on going on sale through the remainder of the sales duration or should I just give up on the price changing.

One thing steam changed for these sales is that they discounted everything at once, they started this new policy with the recent winter sales. So, pretty much everything is on sale already
