Good fan splitter cable?

I found this cheap fan splitter cable on amazon. Should I get it? Is buying something this cheap gonna cause a problem? Too much electricity being drawn through one fan header? Anything I should think of before buying it? Just wanna make sure what I'm getting into before buying stuff.
