if i buy steam bundle that has game i own

I want to buy the counter strike complete bundle. if I buy it, I already ave csgo, will it allow me to gift the extra copy of csgo to someone else, or a different account, at a later date?

if you give bundle to yourself, the extra copy of csgo goes to no one
