Gaming build for $600-$650 USD

My Xbox live busy heard I was selling my Xbox and getting a gaming PC and now he wants one. Toppings new to build one but I said I'm not quite qualified but I know who is ;). He only has $600-$650 USD. I have an OS for him and case. All he needs is hardware and he wants to have a build and order today. (So impatient xD) please and thanks guys/gals.

You have an OS?-Perfect. Ditch the case on this one. It is my standart $600 recommendation.

No, it is just right however the 390 recommendation is obviously better if your can stretch your budget but you won't fit an SSD anymore.
