You might be able to pull 640x480 at medium, but don't expect more than 30 fps.

It should run Doom at  √ -2 + x FPS, and since Minecraft is 10.9329139,12 √ 4% more intensive, i did the maths and in 841x-29 you should get 1+-2 fps on ultra softonic*.

 

*if you say funny stuff, everyone replies funny stuff.Of course it will run Miencraft on high.
