It's so after long periods of gaming, their wrists don't hurt.  The keyboard is angled the same way ergonomic keyboards are, which results in a straight wrist rather than a left wrist angled to the left.

They do this even when they are far away and can't really see each other.

So other players have more space. Useful for when other players are close so you and them have more room

I have an Anet A8 as my project printer and a i3 MK3 for when I want things to work. 

 

I extrude my own filament and haven't saved a penny yet.

In early times of LANs, and even some nowadays, there's very limited desk space. So in trade for more mouse space + getting your elbows/arms on the desk, they tilted their keyboards. Some do it for comfort, or some do it out of habit. Others do it to get closer to the monitor, if not all of the above.

Because they have huge ass mouse pads and need space so it's comfortable.

I have had a friend who always did this and I asked him why and he said that is a more natural postion for your fingers.

If you try to rotate it a bit and put your fingers on the WASD it might make sense, I personally dont have it that much (not a CSGO player too) but I guess it makes sense for many people

I just keep my keyboard tilted a bit (30 degrees?) normally and my mouse tilted a bit to the right. Not to play CS:GO or anything, it just makes the setup into more of a curved control panel.

Tip to those that are new on LTT forum- quote a post so that the person you are quoting gets a notification, otherwise they'll have no idea that you did. You can also use a tag such as @Ryoutarou97 (replace my username with anyone's. You should get a dropdown after you type the "@")to send a notification, but quoting is preferable.

 

Feel free to PM me about absolutely anything be it tech, math, literature, etc. I'll try my best to help. I'm currently looking for a cheap used build for around $25 to set up as a home server if anyone is selling.

 

If you are a native speaker please use proper English if you can. Punctuation, capitalization, and spelling are as important to making your message readable as proper night theme formatting is.

 

My build is fully operational, but won't be posted until after I get a GPU in it and the case arted up.
