Quick SLI bridge question

Sigh. That image is clearly the 3 slot spacing (standard/long).

 

Also to someone who was asking, I really don't recommend strip SLI bridges, too many people have reported issues that were resolved with buying a good solid bridge. (like cheap as pcie risers not always working.)

Hi,

 

Looking at getting EVGA's SLI bridge soon and would like to know which size is the correct one for my setup. I've got an MSI GD65 mobo and have my gpu's in the first and second 16x slots. Will I need their short or long version?

Main PC CPU: 7700K, MOBO: Asus Strix, GPU: Aorus Extreme 3080, PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 750, RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB Storage: 970 Evo 1tb

if theirs a slot between your cards you need the long version otherwise the short one.

I thought all motherboards that supported SLI came with a bridge that was guaranteed to fit... mine all have o.O

When you put both GPU's in, if there's no space between the coolers then you need the short.

According to the nvidia website posted above, looks like you need the "medium" then...
