Need help deciding on a new GPU

Hey guys,

I need some help on deciding on a new video card for my haswell i7 based system. Currently I'm looking at a gtx 950, a gtx 960, a r9 370, a r9 270x or basically anything in the 150 to 200 (max 250) dollar range. So normally you would just spend as much money as possible on a gpu but here is the thing: I'd really like have the best fps per dollar rate possible, not ultimately the best raw performance. I don't plan to go anywhere above 1080p with my gaming resolution nor crazy with the details or filters, but I really like to run games (Battlefield 4, CoD MW2, Witcher 3, etc) at 60 fps. I'd like to have the best sufficient gpu for my needs - if that makes sense.

I'm grateful for every suggestion and/or advice

You can get a 4GB R9 380 for $170. That's the best value in that range.

pretty sure the 960 is the most powerfull of those but check the prise for a R9 380 were you live first

380 can be had for less than the price of a 960 and performs a little better

At first I searched for r9 380s but I'm currently getting a good deal on a Gigabyte GTX 960 on about 180€ (normally about 200€) and I think I'll take it.
