Help choosing some parts

So i have a prebuilt pc and i would like some help on how to upgrade it ( I just want to run every game on at least 60 fps 1080p) i play games like Ark survival evolved gta payday 2. And the specs are ASUS AM78M-E 4gb of kignston value ram and an AMD A8 6500 APU and a 1 tb hard drive another 128gb SSD  and one 128gb SSD. SO yeahhhhh 

Mouse: Logitech g402 <3

Keyboard: Some Tenkeyless with blue kalih switches

Headphones: Logitech g430

Monitor: HP w2207h (1680 x 1050 @ 60hz)

PC Specs:CPU(AMD A8 6500 @3.5ghz), Mobo ( ASUS A68HM-E  FM2+), 1x1600mhz 4gb stick of ram, Random grey PSU, 920gb ssd

Phone: Iphone 5 32gb

Tablet: Ipad 2 16gb

Laptop:Toshiba satelite with 8gb of ram a 480gb ssd and a mobile 2nd gen I3

To be honest the CPU will bottleneck anything you put in that actually can reach 1080p 60FPS. If your budget is big enough, whiich you haven't mentioned, then I would definitely upgrade to the LGA1150 platform or something.

Humm, dude, honestly spending money on your current setup will be foolish and you most likely sill wont hit 60FPS @1080p, so i'd suggest doing the most reasonable thing, sell it, save some more and get a better tower

oh i have no budget i just want to see if i should completely scrap it or not or if i could save some parts and no i don't have a gpu i really just wan to upgrade my computer with having to spend a ton of money on building a new one
