I have the Superlux HD330, and they sound great. Also they're fairly comfortable.

you can't see everything out from a frequency response, that is like saying this mouse is better than another mouse because this one has 16.000DPI and the otherone has 12.000DPI. I don't know how any of them are in real life. But never say that frequency response shows what headphones are better in real life.

I know that, but these two pairs of headphones are basically the same, except the freq. response, and you should know that having a flatter freq. response is generally better for customisation. All I basically wanted to say, is that the HD330 are better in terms of sound quality. Also I have some experience with the HD668B

Anyone care to explain why the G430 is so great before I shoot down that idea?

The g430s are a gaming headset, so they'll probably sound bad. but the superlux ones that me and Dackzy suggesteda are reference studio headphones, so they will probably sound alot better. Also 7.1 or 5.1 headphones are a bunch of nonesense, it's just a DSP that muffles some sounds in a specific way in order to trick your brain that the sounds are coming from behind. You can actually download a Dolby DSP that does the same thing for free.

What are you comparing it to in that price range? It's fairly shitty.

Yes. I did not see the Freq, so I just said what needed to be said. But he might like the sound of the  Superlux HD668B even though the HD 330 has a flatter freq. Every person has his own tast in how things should sound.

Well, first of all I haven't checked his profile to see if he's an unexpirienced user, and second of all I don't know if that the advice that I gave was any good.

I agree, but you can customise the sound to fit your needs and music.
