As far as I know the easiest way to place music in your YouTube video is too download the music from YouTube Audio Library.

However I have a few question. Once downloaded, can I in my video...

1. Speed up the music

2. Cut certain parts of the music

3. Change the volume of the music

4. Play more than one music at once.

Thanks.

The easiest way is to download royalty free music and put it into your video editor and do what you want with it
