BIOS update pls help me

So i just got an Asus Z170 pro gaming. I went to update it with a USB and everything. Latest version.Its says update success full. It restarts but just shows black screen. I restart the CMOS. The version is the new update i installed. Yet when i launch it its just the black screen. I checked my SSD were my windows is installed and it says its frozen. Pls Help i don't no what to do. PLS

Can you get back into the BIOS? I'm not sure what you are experiencing. Will it post?

Check to make sure sata is in ahci mode in bios. It may have defaulted to ide which may not work with the ssd.

Install windows on a USB and see if it will boot off of that.

Can i reset the motherboard to the previous version of the bios?

Nvm, the z170 doesn't have an ide option. My suggestion is not relevant.

Any other idea? Can i change it to the previous version of the bios. the one it had before?
