It would be as good as getting a GPU and separate EK block since the designed and made by them, if it's a better price also I don't see why not seems like a good deal.

thank you for your input i am actually very excited also will a 360 be enough for a cpu and gpu?

Yeah, a 360mm rad is sufficient for a single CPU and GPU the rule of thumb is 120mm of rad space per component and one extra 120mm space. If your wanting to get absolute silence while at full load adding more isn't a bad idea.

Pics of my setup.

I have cleaned up the wiring since then, but you get the gist.  And that fan just sitting on the mainboard tray is for cooling the Samsung 950 Pro M.2 drive, which is in its slot right below the GPU.  It overheats if you don't use either a fan or heat sinks.  The reservoir LED was supposed to be red, but they shipped me a white one instead.

Fun Fact you can buy a seperate Titan X hydro copper block from EVGA and use it on your 980Ti (if reference).
