When I got my key from Lazesoft It gave me my "Windows 10 Home" key, as well as my "Windows OEM product key In BIOS". What one do use when installing my OS on my new pc and what do they both mean? Thank you.

Like above. Home key is either unused OEM or retail key. The second one would be locked into mobo/BIOS its currently installed to. Remember that this will be a thing with OEMs from now on.
