So I got a new mobo cause my Z170-A voltage locked my CPU but now I think it fried my Seidon 120v cooler. On my old AMD build I had it did the same thing with my H80i. I re-applied thermal paste but didn't work. So....should I even bother trying new thermal paste or just get a new water cooler?

That's what I mean. The volts are fine but the temps aren't

Well on the ASUS board the CPU Fan said it was at 1700-2000 RPM but this Gigabyte board doesn't have the fan display in the bios
