Discuss button on recent video

Not sure if I should post this in Bugs and Issues since we had this before but the mods are probably busy dealing with bugs right now and since this isn't important, I put it here.

The Discuss button on the recent video is gone and I'd like to get it back, please

Moving it to Bugs and Issues as the Discuss button was there in the past for a lot of videos.

@Napper198I just got word from one of our devs that the Discuss button has been removed as of right now.
