My Idle CPU Temps are:

38 Degrees

68 Degrees- When playing BF4 ]

Idle GPU: 51 Degrees

Playing BF4 78-80 Degrees

I find these temps are a bit high or are theese temps normal and i have nothing to worry about

Also im using a Intel Stock Cooler on an i5 4460

The GPU is a  EVGA GTX 970 ACX 2.0

My case (corsair 100r) has one exhaust fan

Whats the best way to improve my temps. More Case fans i guess ?

case fans are on an exponential decrease in effectiveness. Luke did a video on this a while ago. The only way really is to start using a different method of cooling (water or something else).

better airflow would probably help if your case is really cluttered.

51C is a high idle for a 970, mine idles about 30C.

ok if your fans are off until a certain temp that explains the high idle.

Mine tops out around 80 while gaming as well, but that's just how the stock fan curve is set.  You can use an overclocking utility like afterburner to adjust your video cards fan curve to speed the fans up a bit at lower temps than they are set at.
