Does it make a huge diffrence

I have logitech g430 and i have no problems with it what so ever, but i have looked up into some sound cards and i'm still unsure about the purchase that i'm thinking about does it really affect alot? or something at all? or should i just stick with the transmistor thingy in my motherboard and let that do the job for me 

if you can recommend any sound card around 50 dollars i'm happily looking into the card etc

Stay with the integrated sound card with your mobo. If you want better quality, buy an external DAC.

If you're using the USB dongle, any soundcard would be useless. Even without the dongle, no difference is likely.
