Can someone make the cheapest build possible that can run league of legends on max settings 1080 at 60fps thanks

Do you have any parts already? Need Windows? Need a case? What is your maximum budget?

UGH. So tired of these questions dude. If you want us to do the thinking for you, at least try to put in what you want out.

Left only 4gb one stick of RAM. You can add another later to get 8gb.

Does not include a monitor, which is up to you to decide on. The PSU on this build is overkill really, but better safe than sorry.

CPU: Intel Core i3-4160 3.6GHz Dual-Core Processor  ($113.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-HD2 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($39.99 @ Micro Center)
Memory: Crucial 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($17.98 @ OutletPC)
Storage: OCZ Trion 100 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($39.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked Video Card  ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Xion XON-310_BK MicroATX Mid Tower Case  ($27.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($53.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $413.81

Certainly, but it's a different socket, you'll have to change the motherboard as well..

But either way you go, this is a throw away build with absolutely no upgrade path. You'll have to get a new CPU, GPU, PSU and more RAM if you ever want to upgrade.

I hate budget builds but people would rather play games now than create a solid investment.
