Dude this one:

I have it and it's AWESOME and TINY. It also comes with a low profile bracket if you can live without VGA.

I can almost max witcher 3 at 720p and have a rock solid 30fps. But I also have a 4690k and 16gb of RAM.

OP can get a lot more than a 750 Ti for £160. A GTX 960 or R9 280/380, perhaps.

Hello. I am building a mini ITX Build for my friend and need a small form factor GPU for about £160. Any recommendation? I want the most performance for as near to £160 and as small as possible.

Thanks in advance

What case is your friend using?

We don't know yet, but the smaller the better. I dont want a big performance hit though

Let me make a list. What's the overall budget? Does he need the monitor/OS/peripherals?

That's the best I can do for components, OS can be bought off G2A or /r/microsoftsoftwareswap for £25~. The only way to make it cheaper is to make it larger.
