pop in texture when i play games can someone please tell me why thank you

pop in texture in games have a i7 4770k  and 16gb for ram  and gtx 980 new  CORSAIR RMx RM750X 750W ATX12V / EPS12V 80 PLUS GOLD  and ASUS  motherboard  and i still get pop in texture in games when i play my games  someone please tell me why thank you.

Check your GPU Mem load and GPU usage. Check RAM usage and CPU usage aswell.

What games does this happen in?

Some games have pop in without anyway for the player to fix it.
