Assuming you have DDR2 memory and and AM2 processor, then yes you're good.

My gigabyte arrived dead. I got a refund for that, but not the CPU and ram. So, I am looking for a replacement motherboard.

 

One that is dead: I have ram and CPU for it (Athlon am2)

 

Will the ram/cpu/cooler from (http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2310#ov)  in this?

 

Current one I am looking at:

If not, can you point me to an ebay link (under $20) that has what I want :) Thanks!!

My ~$200 USD build:

AMD A8-7600    G. Skill Ripjaws Z @1800 CAS 8     EVGA 500w 80+ PSU    Gigabyte GAF2A68HM-DS2H Motherboard

Not really. I would just go with whatever is cheapest.
