Is there a linustechtips app?

Hey I'm always on the go and am on my phone and always want to get on linustech tips but its a pain searching online for it through my phone and I was just wondering if they have made a app for this website? thanks

no there is not short answer they did have tapatalk but I am unsure if that is still working or if they removed it.

There are no apps available at this time. And no official app is being worked on. (Or that is what we are told )

They should work on a app so that it can be eaiser for us to get on the fourms on our phones

No there is not but if there was it would be the same as the mobile version.

They have Tapatalk compatibility but currently according to @Windspeed36 it's disabled for lag issues.

Yea I just downloaded tabatalk and searched this fourm and nothing showed up

I just use the mobile version whenever I'm mobile. It's not the greatest thing, but it's good.

We do have a mobile theme that we leave up to IPB to maintain as far as features in it. We did support Tapatalk however for the moment it has been removed as it was causing issues. We hope to return it to service soon.

Mobile version on phone web browser work fine for me

If you want quick access, can't you just bookmark it?  What mobile OS are you using?

I'm using an iphone4 and ik i can bookmark it. Its just slow on 3G to load a normal webpage

If you want to search content on LTT, you could just type in the stuff that you need with the keyword "linustechtips" in the Google search bar. And you would have to change the theme to mobile manually which is located at the bottom of the page if it doesn't change.

If you are running iOS then you can press the middle option in the taskbar in the webrowser and press add to home screen. Kinda like an app
